Andy Pocock Joins PointRoll as Managing Director of EMEA
Andy Pocock to Draw on His Deep Experience Working with Tangozebra & DoubleClick Rich Media to Expand Business for PointRoll's Digital Advertising Solutions in EMEA
LONDON – September 24, 2008 – PointRoll, the leading provider of rich media advertising solutions, announced at ad:tech 2008 the appointment of Andy Pocock as Managing Director, EMEA. In his new role, Andy will oversee all marketing, sales and business development for PointRoll across EMEA and will drive the company's continued growth throughout the region. Andy began his digital advertising career at rich media pioneer Tangozebra in 2000, where he helped the company become one of the industry's leading technical and creative players. As Business Development Director and a senior member of the management team, Andy was responsible for Tangozebra's international expansion across Europe, as well as supporting the completion of DoubleClick's acquisition of Tangozebra in 2007. After the acquisition, Andy became a Director of DoubleClick's Rich Media division and continued this strategic expansion across EMEA.
